No Returns, No Refunds (Unless Something’s Wrong)
Since every lens is vintage, carefully restored, and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. That means we don’t accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind or order the wrong item.
We put a lot of care into servicing and testing each lens, and we make sure product descriptions are clear and accurate. So please double-check everything before placing your order!
If Your Lens Arrives Damaged or Defective
If something’s wrong when your order arrives — like the lens is damaged or not working right — don’t worry. We’ve got you covered.
Here’s what to do:
- Contact me within 7 days of receiving your order
- Send your Order ID along with clear photos and steady video showing the issue. Photos should include box with shipping label, open box with damaged lens inside, multiple angles of the damage, lens with the serial number.
- I’ll get back to you with return shipping instructions.
Once I receive the item and check it over, I’ll send you a replacement. You’ll need to pack the lens safely for the return trip (tracked shipping is recommended).
Lost in Transit
If your order gets lost along the way and the courier confirms it’s undelivered, I’ll send a replacement.
12-Month Limited Warranty
All lenses come with a 12-month limited warranty. That means if something goes wrong because of the way it was serviced, I’ll fix it for free.
